After placing your order please allow up to 2 working days for our warehouse to process it. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your shipping information and tracking number.

How do I track my order?

It's simple! You can manage your plan by accessing your account. Once logged in, you'll be able to:

- Update your shipping/billing address
- Update your billing details
- Change your order frequency
- Add/Remove/Swap a product
- Change your next order renewal date
- Cancel your subscription

How do I manage my subscription?

If you want to return an order or product, make sure to do so within 30 days from placing your order. Please reach out to our support team stating the reason of the return and your Order Number.
