Whilst our formulas are designed to be used together, if you are taking any other supplements or medications, please consult your medical professional prior to use. 

The only exceptions to that are Sleep Drops and Sleep+, since both contain Valerian Root. Mood, Destress, and Vitamin D-Mood and Destress formulation already contains 100% of your daily intake allowance for vitamin D and B12, therefore it is not required to be paired with our vitamin D spray.
