Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

One time order
If you would like to return any product(s), except from samples, please contact us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will issue a refund. This return policy does not apply to subscription orders.

Subscription order
If you would like to return any product(s), except from samples, please contact us at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will issue a credit to use towards your next purchase.
