I need to make a change to my subscription, what shall I do?Updated a year ago

Any changes to your subscription (product switches, frequency changes, shipping address, payment method, etc.) can be done directly from your account. 

You can cancel your plan anytime, by selecting the cancel button on your subscription page in your account! Alternatively, please reach out to our CX team at [email protected] at least 48 hours prior your renewal and we will be happy to assist you.


Any request must be sent to our CX team at least 48 hours before your next recurring order date to be actioned successfully.
